Proteinski šejk – Protein shake

slikaIzuzetno jednostavan recept za brz i zdrav energetski obrok. Konzumiranje se prepočuje u ranim jutarnjim satima kao zamena za doručak i neposredno nakon treninga.

Sastojci:

  • 200 ml mleka
  • 1 banana
  • 3 kašičice mlevene plazme
  • Pola kašičice kakaa ili neskvika
  • 1 belance

Priprema:

Sve sastojke stavite u blender i dobro izmiksajte dok se smeša ne sjedini. Ukoliko želite da Vam bude ređe sipajte još malo mleka, a ako volite gušće dodajte plazmu. Po želji možete ukrasiti bademom, lešnikom ili čokoladom. Umesto banane možete dodati i bilo koje drugo voće recimo jagode, a i ostale sastojke možete kombinovati. Uživajte !

 

Very simple recipe for fast and healthy energy meal. It is recommended to take it in the morning as a substitution for breakfast or after workout.

Ingredients:

  • 200 ml milk

  • 1 banana

  • 3 spoons of healthy cookies (example: Plazma)

  • half spoon of cocoa or nesquik

  • 1 egg white

Preparation:

Put everything in blender and mix until everything became one. If you want it more liquid, add more milk, if you want it thicker, add more cookies. You can also add chocolate,almonds, hazelnuts…You can use any other fruit as a substitution for banana, for example strawberries. But you can also combine other ingredients. Enjoy !
